| امروزه در بسیاری از کشورها خودکشی افراد سالمند به عنوان یک مسأله مهم بهداشت عمومی مطرح است. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی افکار خودکشی بر اساس تحریفهای شناختی بینفردی، عاطفه مثبت و منفی، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده و معنا در زندگی در سالمندان بدون همسر انجام شد.پژوهش حاضر یک پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه سالمندان حاضر در خانه‌های سالمندان شهر اردبیل در سال 1398 بودند که از میان آنان به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس نمونهای به تعداد 111 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده شامل مقیاس افکار خودکشی بک، مقیاس تحریفهای شناختی بینفردی حمام‌چی و بویوک-اوزتورک، مقیاس عاطفه مثبت و عاطفه منفی واتسون و کلارک، مقیاس حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده چند بعدی زیمت و همکاران و پرسش‌نامه معنا در زندگی استیگر و همکاران بودند. دادهها با آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 23 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بین تحریفهای شناختی بینفردی و عاطفه منفی با افکار خودکشی سالمندان رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد (01/0>P). همچنین بین عاطفه مثبت و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با افکار خودکشی سالمندان رابطه منفی معناداری وجود دارد (01/0>P). اما بخش دیگر یافته‌های پژوهشی حاکی از عدم وجود ارتباط معنادار بین معنا در زندگی و افکار خودکشی سالمندان بود. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون آشکار کرد که به طور تقریبی 48 درصد از کل واریانس افکار خودکشی بر اساس متغیرهای تحریفهای شناختی بینفردی، عاطفۀ مثبت و منفی، حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده قابل پیشبینی است (01/0>P). در مجموع و با توجه یافته‌های این پژوهش توصیه می‌گردد جهت پیشگیری از بروز افکار خودکشی سالمندان بدون همسر به ابعادی همچون تحریفهای شناختی بینفردی، عاطفه مثبت و منفی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده توجه شود. | ||
