| چکیده | ||
| هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش تعارض کار-خانواده و پشیمانی کارآفرینانه در تبیین رفاه ذهنی صاحبان کسبوکارهای خرد روستایی است. با توجه به چالشهای روزافزونی که کارآفرینان و صاحبان کسبوکار در مناطق روستایی با آن مواجهاند ـ از جمله مسئولیتهای خانوادگی گسترده، فشارهای اقتصادی مستمر و عدم قطعیتهای محیطی و نهادی ـ پرداختن به عوامل روانشناختی مؤثر بر کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روانی این گروه، اهمیتی دوچندان مییابد. درک این عوامل میتواند به طراحی مداخلات حمایتی و سیاستگذاریهای هدفمند برای ارتقای تابآوری و پایداری کسبوکارهای روستایی کمک کند. این مطالعه با رویکردی کمّی و مقطعی در میان ۱۰۰ نفر از صاحبان کسبوکارهای خرد در شهرستان نهاوند انجام شد. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامههای استاندارد جمعآوری و با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار SmartPLS نسخه ۴ تحلیل شدند. یافتهها نشان دادند که تعارض کار-خانواده تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر پشیمانی کارآفرینانه و تأثیر منفی بر رفاه ذهنی دارد. همچنین، پشیمانی کارآفرینانه بهطور معناداری با کاهش رفاه ذهنی مرتبط بود. نتایج تحلیل میانجیگری حاکی از آن بود که پشیمانی کارآفرینانه رابطه بین تعارض کار-خانواده و رفاه ذهنی را بهطور نسبی میانجیگری میکند. این یافتهها بر اهمیت حمایت روانی، آموزش تابآوری و ایجاد توازن بین مسئولیتهای خانوادگی و الزامات شغلی برای کارآفرینان روستایی تأکید دارند. این مطالعه با ارائه بینشی جدید از تعاملات روانشناختی در کارآفرینی روستایی، میتواند به سیاستگذاران و نهادهای توسعه روستایی در بهبود کیفیت زندگی کارآفرینان کمک کند. | ||
