| چکیده | ||
| تصمیمگیریهای فردی کارآفرینان نقش مهمی در تعیین مشروعیت کسبوکارهای کارآفرینانه ایفا میکنند. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و رتبهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر مشروعیت کسبوکارهای کارآفرینانه با تأکید بر تصمیمگیریهای فردی میباشد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، کیفی بوده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه این پژوهش شامل مدیران شرکتهای صنعتی شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1403 بوده است. از میان این جامعه، با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند از نوع گلولهبرفی تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری، تعداد 14 نفر به عنوان خبره از میان (مدیران صنعتی، خدماتی و کشاورزی) انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز از طریق دو روش کتابخانهای و میدانی (مصاحبه) جمعآوری شد. برای روایی و پایایی پژوهش حاضر از معیارهای لینکلن و گوبا (اعتبارپذیری، انتقالپذیری، اطمینانپذیری، تأییدپذیری) بهره گرفته شد. یافتههای پژوهش دلفی حاکی از شناسایی و رتبهبندی عوامل اثرگذار بر مشروعیت کسبوکارهای کارآفرینانه با تأکید بر تصمیمگیریهای فردی شامل: دید قضاوتی، ریسک تحریمهای اجتماعی، آگاهی اجتماعی، سهام اقتصادی و کماعتمادی بود. با این اوصاف، نتایج نشاندهنده آن بود که تصمیمگیریهای فردی میتواند نقش مهمی در مشروعیت کسبوکارهای کارآفرینانه داشته باشد. بر همین اساس شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط باید برنامههایی برای افزایش اعتماد عمومی و کاهش ریسکهای اجتماعی طراحی کنند تا محیط مناسبی برای رشد کسبوکارهای کارآفرینانه فراهم کنند. | ||
