| چکیده | ||
| دو دهه گذشته شاهد افزایش چشمگیر پژوهشها در ارتباط با تأثیر عوامل بیولوژیک بر کارآفرینی بوده است. پژوهشهای این حوزه درصدد درک چگونگی اثرگذاری عوامل بیولوژیک بر انتخابها و رفتارهای کارآفرینان بالقوه و بالفعل بودهاند. با این وجود درک چندانی از ارتباط میان بیولوژی، شناخت و رفتار در پژوهشهای قلمرو کارآفرینی در دست نیست. از همین رو هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی ارتباط میان قابلیتهای شناختی (خودباوری و هوشیاری کارآفرینانه) و تشخیص فرصتهای کارآفرینانه با تأکید بر نقش تعدیلگر عامل بیولوژیک کیفیت خواب میباشد. پژوهش به لحاظ هدف در گروه پژوهشهای کاربردی، به لحاظ گردآوری دادهها در دسته پژوهشهای توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نظر ماهیت دادهها کمی محسوب میشود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کارآفرینانی تشکیل دادهاند که در پنج سال گذشته مالکیت و مدیریت یک کسبوکار را بر عهده داشتهاند. بر همین اساس حجم نمونه با کمک نرمافزار جی پاور تعداد 160 نفر تعیین شد. دادهها به وسیله پرسشنامه استاندارد و به روش هدفمند در اواخر سال 1403 جمعآوری گردیده است. به منظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادههای گردآوریشده از روش رگرسیون لجستیک با کمک نرمافزار SPSS نسخه 26 استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد دو قابلیت شناختی هوشیاری و خودباوری تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تشخیص فرصتهای کارآفرینانه دارند و همچنین کیفیت خواب به عنوان متغیر تعدیلگر موجب تقویت ارتباط قابلیتهای شناختی و تشخیص فرصت خواهد شد. از همین رو سلامت بیولوژیک یکی از عوامل اثرگذار بر تقویت شناخت کارآفرینان بالقوه و بالفعل خواهد بود. یافتههای پژوهش حاضر میتواند دلالتهای کاربردی ثمربخشی در مسیر شناسایی و بهکارگیری راهکارهای تقویت این قابلیتها به همراه داشته باشد. | ||
