| چکیده | ||
| با گسترش فعالیتهای کارآفرینانه در سطح بینالملل، شکست کسبوکار به پدیدهای اجتنابناپذیر اما تأثیرگذار تبدیل شده است که پیامدهای اقتصادی، روانشناختی و اجتماعی گستردهای دارد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل پیشایندهای قصد بازگشت به کارآفرینی بینالمللی پس از شکست انجام شده است. این پژوهش با رویکرد ترکیبی کمی–کمی انجام شد. در گام نخست، ۲۰ معیار مؤثر بر قصد بازگشت بر اساس مرور ادبیات و نظر خبرگان استخراج و با استفاده از روش بهترین بدترین توسط ۱۵ نفر از متخصصان و فعالان کارآفرینی بینالمللی اولویتبندی شد. در گام دوم، ۱۰ معیار با بالاترین اهمیت با بهرهگیری از مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری سطحبندی و روابط میان آنها بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در میان چهار گروه اصلی شامل عوامل شناختی، فردی، سازمانی و نهادی، مؤلفههای هوشیاری کارآفرینانه، یادگیری از شکست، ترس از شکست، گرایش کارآفرینانه، فرهنگ ملی، زیستبوم کارآفرینی، تجربهی پیشین، هویت کارآفرینانه، شبکهها، تیم مدیریتی و خانواده بیشترین اهمیت را دارند. تحلیل ساختاری نشان داد این عوامل در پنج سطح سلسلهمراتبی قرار میگیرند. در سطح پنجم، دو عامل بنیادی زیستبوم کارآفرینی و تجربهی پیشین قرار دارند که بستر شکلگیری سایر مؤلفهها را فراهم میسازند. در سطح چهارم، هویت کارآفرینانه و یادگیری از شکست قرار گرفتهاند که تحت تأثیر عوامل زیربنایی بوده و زمینهساز شکلگیری سایر سطوح هستند. شبکهها در سطح سوم نقش واسطهای میان عوامل فردی و محیطی ایفا میکنند. در سطح دوم، فرهنگ ملی و تیم مدیریتی بهعنوان عوامل زمینهای اجتماعی و سازمانی بر انگیزش و تمایل به بازگشت اثرگذارند. در نهایت، هوشیاری کارآفرینانه، ترس از شکست و گرایش کارآفرینانه در سطح نخست قرار دارند که حاصل تعامل همه عوامل پیشین هستند. بهطور کلی، یافتهها نشان میدهند ایجاد زیستبوم کارآفرینی پویا و تقویت تجربیات اولیه کارآفرینانه میتواند به شکلگیری تدریجی سایر مؤلفههای مؤثر بر بازگشت به کارآفرینی کمک کند. این پژوهش ضمن توسعه چارچوب نظری رفتار کارآفرینانه پس از شکست، میتواند راهنمایی برای سیاستگذاران و نهادهای حمایتی در طراحی برنامههای بازآموزی، مشاوره و توانمندسازی کارآفرینان شکستخورده باشد. | ||
