| زمینه: استرس ادراکشده بهعنوان ارزیابی شناختی فرد از فشارها و تهدیدهای زندگی، یک عامل تعیینکننده کلیدی در سلامت روانشناختی و جسمی سالمندان محسوب میشود. با توجه به افزایش جمعیت سالمندان و افزایش عوامل استرسزای منحصر به این دوره، بررسی همهجانبه این پدیده از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش روانرنجوری و عزتنفس در پیشبینی استرس ادراکشده در سالمندان بود. روش: طرح پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه سالمندان شهر تبریز در سال ۱۴۰۳ بود که نمونه پژوهش با شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس به تعداد ۲۱۴ نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه استرس ادراکشده کوهن و همکاران، پرسشنامه روانرنجوری کاستا و مککری و پرسشنامه عزتنفس روزنبرگ بود. دادهها با استفاده از همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گامبهگام با نرمافزار SPSS نسخه ۲۴ تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد روانرنجوری و عزتنفس با استرس ادراکشده رابطه معنیداری دارند و میتوانند آن را پیشبینی کنند (۰۰۱/۰p<). همچنین عزتنفس و روانرنجوری به ترتیب قویترین پیشبینی کننده استرس ادراکشده در سالمندان بودند (۰۰۱/۰p<). بحث و نتیجهگیری: یافتهها بر اهمیت توجه به ابعاد روان رنجوری و عزتنفس در کاهش میزان استرس ادراکشده در سالمندان تأکید دارد. بنابراین، این نتایج میتواند به ارتقای آگاهی نسبت به سالمندان و توجه بر عوامل تأثیرگذار بر استرس ادراکشده آنها شود. | ||
