About Razi University press

Razi University is a public university based in Kermanshah, Iran. The roots of Razi University can be traced back to 1947, when discussions about establishing a higher education institution in Kermanshah began. However, it was not until January 1973 that the university officially commenced operations as "Kermanshahan University of Sciences." The institution was later renamed Razi University, in honor of the renowned Iranian scholar, Abu Bakr al-Razi (Rhazes), who made significant contributions to chemistry and medicine. Razi University Press emerged as a key component of the university's academic infrastructure. It has since been dedicated to publishing a wide range of scholarly materials, including textbooks, research papers, and the following scientific journals that reflect both local and international academic standards. The press contributes to the university's goal of fostering research and education by providing a platform for faculty and students to publish their work.
